Eaton is a global power management company specializing in electrical and industrial manufacturing and technology. It was time to refresh and revive Eaton’s brand as an employer of choice. The theme “Energize your career” is hinged on Eaton’s actual employees sharing why they love working there, and a little fun fact about themselves.

I led the design and deployment of this EVP campaign. In doing so, I coordinated 6 simultaneous photo shoots, and one video shoot, across the globe and produced our EVP brand guidebook and its accompanying 100+ assets.

I developed this motion graphic to play on the monitors at all Eaton sites. QR leads to the Brand Center SharePoint site housing the Brand Book and assets.
